How To Write Your Testimony Continued

In conclusion describe the outcome of your trial. As stated above it is not necessary to receive your desired outcome in order to overcome. Include how this experience changed your life. Let the reader know what life is like for you now. What emotions or hurdles were you able to overcome? What advice would you give to someone experiencing something similar to your trial? Finally, enlighten the reader as to what you have learned from this experience. If this experience has changed your perspective in any way be sure to share that as well.

Sharing your story with others not only provides information, which others can identify, it also can be a healing, positive and sometimes spiritual experience for the writer. Don’t be surprised if you learn things about yourself as you write. You may answer questions or take things into consideration that you haven’t thought of before. These types of discoveries help us grow and become more self aware which puts us in a much better position to offer comfort to others.
